We all have had our share of club experiences. We all have seen some crazy stuff in these clubs. So I took it upon myself to create a list of rules that should be followed in the club. Granted its not all of the rules but its the most important rules in my eyes.
So here it is for the Ladies and Gentlemen...Club etiquette
For my ladies, if a dude comes up to you and speaks and your not interested, give him the common courtesy of saying "no thanks and have a good night" Some of you females are so rude and disrespectful. Apparently there was something that sparked his eye for him to even speak to you.
For my dudes, if you see a lady that is attractive to you and she so happens to walk by you, don't grab by the arm and pull her to you. That's Domestic Violence.
For my dudes, if your trying to holla at a chick and she rejects you, don't get mad and call her out of her name. Be a Gentleman and just say "OK..well have a good night" Maybe that will change her mind about you.
For my dudes, if you do proceed to get the chicks number that's good. But don't follow her around the club. Your only being a stalker.
For my ladies, you all know when you go to the club you wanna dance, so please if you wanna jump on stage and dance, PLEASE have some panties on. Even though its a good sight, that's just not lady like.
For my dudes, mainly all clubs have a dress code, Please come dressed to part. It is aggravating to stand in line with your homeboy for an hour to only get turned away at the door because he got sneakers on.
For my dudes and ladies, please have some sort of breath freshener on deck. Nobody wants to talk to someone with bad breath.
For my dudes, if your talking to a young lady and her friend is standing by her, 9 times out of ten she is not cock blocking. They probably came together.
For both of you, its cool to dance close together. But if I have to offer you a condom then we have a problem.
For both, don't drink if you can hold your liq.
For both, tip the bartender and trust me they will get you right.
For my dudes, don't grab a girls ass. That is sexual harassment and your smart self can go to JAIL.
For both, don't blame it on the goose, you just loose.
For both, just be cool in the club. Don't act as if you never saw a dude or female.
For both, leave the club at the club.
For both, when your leaving the club and you know your throwed off, PLEASE PLEASE, PLEASE don't drive. Find somebody to take you home or call a cab. DUI ain't no joke.
For my ladies, it is not cute for you to get extremely drunk. Like Sommore said, Be a fucking lady and sip don't drink.

Real Nigga Sh*t
Yesterday I was on Youtube and I came across this video. The name of the video was HE DIED IN MY ARMS OVA SOME REAL NIGGA SH*T. In this video, the young lady describe graphic details on how a young black man was gunned down in her presence and how the gunmen continued to shoot him once he was down on the ground. She says the guy grabbed her leg and begged for her help. So she grabbed the guy in her arms and held him and he died in her arms.
I'm just here to say, we need to wake up and educate our communities. At the rate were going there is not going to be a future. Young black men sit down some where and get a education instead of being on the block all day and night having your mama worried about where you at. Why are we killing each other. Why? cause he looked at you wrong or is it he owe you money, or is it he said something slick. Man grow up. Ever heard the saying sticks and stones may break your bones but words will never hurt. You think you hard cause you kill that nigga. Huh? Well guess what, YOUR NOT, you soft and eventually you'll be somebodies girlfriend while your sitting in that prison cell for the rest of your life. This subject just gets on my nerves cause it makes me think of people like Jeffrey Johnson.
A smart and intelligent young man who had big thing going for himself. But no he was killed over some real nigga sh*t. Why is it we got more black men in prison then in college. And we wonder why they taking money needed to fund education to build prisons because young black men keep going to jail for real nigga sh*t. Black men take a stand and be men and not niggas..
It's just time to step up...

Quit it......
1. Quit arguing with people about the same old foolishness! Respect their position and keep it moving! QUIT HOLDING ON TO THE PAST!
2. Quit telling people your secrets when you know they are not going to keep them! And if you keep telling them, then quit getting mad when they tell your secrets!
3. Quit trying to pull people on your journey who don't want to travel with you. Either they support you...or they don't!
4. Quit complaining about things you can't and won't change!
5. Quit blaming each other for things that in the big picture aren't going to matter three weeks from now! Talk solutions....and then implement them!
6. Quit eating things you know are not good for you! If you can't quit...eat smaller portions!
7. Quit buying things when we know we can't afford them! If you don't have self control, then quit going to the stores! Quit charging things, especially when you don't NEED them!
9. Quit staying in unhealthy relationships! It is not okay for people to verbally or physically abuse you! So quit lying to yourself! It is not okay to stay in the marriage for the children! Ask them and they will tell you that they really would prefer to see you happy and that the misery you and your spouse/partner are living with is affecting them!
10. Quit trying to change people! IT DOESN'T WORK! Quit cussing people out when you know that they are just being the miserable and jealous people that they are!
11. Quit listening to the naysayers! Quit watching the depressing news if you are going to live in the doom and gloom of it all!
12. Quit making excuses about why you are where you are or why you can't do what you want to do!
13. Quit settling and start making your dreams a reality! -
14. Quit being afraid and START LIVING YOUR LIFE! CREATE THE LIFE YOU WANT! If you want something different than what you have had in the past...you must quit doing what you have done before and DO something different! JUST QUIT IT ...... and START DOING something to create the experience you want!
"Life is short, but there is always time enough for courtesy and kindness”
"Never explain yourself to anyone because the person who likes you doesn't need it, and the person who dislikes you won't believe you anyway.”

Donte Stallworth
For those of you who don't know who Donte Stallworth is, he is a NFL player for the Cleveland Browns. Stallworth was involved in a DUI manslaughter in March 2009 resulting in the death of a guy named Mario Reyes. In June 2009. Stallworth accepted a plea agreement in which he pleaded Guilty to the charges set forth. As part of his plea agreement he has to spend 30 days in jail, 2 years house arrest and 8 years probation. He has also came to some sort of agreement with the Reyes family compensating them for there lost.
For some reason people are having a hard time accepting this dudes plea agreement. They believe justice was not served. They think just because he is an athlete he is receiving special treatment.
I am on both sides of the table. On one side I do believe just because he is an athlete he is receiving special treatment. Let's keep it real, if he was the everyday average Joe, he would have gotten those 15 years. But it's true when they say money talks. But on the other hand, the Reyes family is cool with it, so who are we. They are the true victims. This man has to live with the fact that he killed someone because he was intoxicated. I think that is punishment enough. He was man enough to admit he was wrong. Also you have to realize that the guy he killed was apparently J-walking. But that is still no excuse.
Everyone needs to realize Stallworth did the crime and he will be doing the time for the rest of his life. Leave that man ALONE!!!

Friends....How many of us have them?
This note is in no way to offend anyone. But I'm just here to warn everybody. We need to be careful and watch out who we call a "FRIEND". I was raised and taught that everyone we call our friend is not that. So I went into deep thought and asked myself, "What is a friend ?" Well the dictionary says a friend is a person whom one knows and with whom one has a bond of mutual affection, typically exclusive of sexual or family relations. But my mind, body and soul definition of a friend is someone who is there regardless of what the problem is. They are there regardless if they disapprove with whom your dating. They are there to guide you on the right path when you get off path. They tell you the truth when everyone is lying to your face. Basically they are there for whatever, whenever, however.
Some people are not blessed to have many friends or acquaintances. I believe I have alot of acquaintances but very few friends. Alot of people say they don't have alot of friends because they choose to. But let's keep it 100% real. You probably did something in the past or your just not a pleasant person to be around. I don't have alot of friends because I'm just a person who likes to be alone. Like I said my acquaintances, I love them to death and I would do anything for them but I keep them at a distance. But my true friends, I know for a fact that they have my best interest at heart and I will definitely do anything for them no questions asked.
So next time you go to call someone a friend, just think about it before saying it.
